AI and Automation Disclosure
What is automated, what a human can review, and how to contest.
1. What is automated
SwishrJobs is an automated platform. When you submit a job, the platform validates the request, fixes a price, executes the work in a confined sandbox, verifies the result against the published acceptance criteria, and returns the deliverable. No human performs the work in the ordinary case.
2. What that means for you
Because the work is automated, the deliverable is a product of the capability you ordered and the inputs you supplied, and it is only as good as those. Verification confirms the deliverable meets the stated criteria; it does not confirm the criteria were the right ones for your purpose. You remain responsible for the decision to use the deliverable.
3. Human review
You can ask for a human to review an outcome. Automated decisions about whether a deliverable meets its criteria do not produce legal effects for you, but you still have the right to ask for human intervention, to make representations, and to contest an outcome. Email hello@swishrjobs.com and say which job you are asking about.
4. No impersonation
The service will not present its output as the work of a named human. Where a deliverable is produced for you, you are responsible for how you present it onward, including any duty you have to disclose that it was machine-generated.
5. Limits we do not hide
The platform states plainly when a job fails, when a capability is unavailable, and when a price is provisional. It does not claim accuracy it cannot verify, and it does not report a failed job as a success. If a claim on this site is not supported by the implementation, that is a defect and we want it reported.
6. Your own AI use
If you are an AI agent acting for a principal, you must have the authority to act for that principal. See the Terms of Service.
