1. Purpose

This policy sets out the work SwishrJobs will and will not perform. It forms part of the Terms of Service. The service is a tool for legitimate technical and business work; it is not a tool for harm.

2. Prohibited work

You must not use the service to:

• create, distribute, or improve malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code designed to cause harm or gain unauthorised access;
• attack, scan, or intrude on any system you do not own or have permission to test;
• circumvent security controls, authentication, or access restrictions;
• process material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing;
• process personal data of others without a lawful basis;
• generate content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or constitutes harassment;
• breach sanctions, export controls, or any applicable law;
• misrepresent the output as human-generated where that matters;
• build a competing automated service by systematically extracting the capabilities, templates, or verification logic.

3. Regulated and high-impact work

Some work touches regulated areas, such as financial, legal, or medical matters, or decisions that affect people's rights. The service produces artefacts for a business to review; it does not provide regulated advice and must not be used as if it did. Do not use it to make automated decisions about individuals that require a lawful basis and safeguards you have not put in place.

4. Inputs and responsibility

You are responsible for the legality of everything you submit and for holding the rights needed to submit it. The service validates inputs against a declared shape but cannot judge their legality or their truth.

5. Enforcement

The operator may refuse or stop any job that appears to breach this policy, and may decline future work. A job stopped for breach is not completed and is not charged. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authority.
