It accepts USDC for its own services but does not exchange or hold cryptoassets for others, is not authorised or registered by the Financial Conduct Authority, and does not offer any investment. It is not certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or any other security standard, and has not been penetration-tested by a third party. The operator's fuller reading of which regimes bear on the business is held internally and is available to a qualified adviser on request.
What we do not claim
